I was driving home last week. I was on the freeway about the get off and I see these lights that at first I thought was another car since it was so bright. But in fact it was lights from a business! It was very distracting and bright, it was like having someone driving the opposite way with there brights on.
I'll try to get a photo of this so I can show you.
